Ми можемо вимагати підтвердження e-mail і ручне схвалення акаунта перед використанням платформи.

4. Платні послуги та тарифи

Платні розміщення, «featured», підписки та інші опції надаються через WooCommerce і платіжні провайдери (наприклад, Stripe/Mollie). Ціни вказані в EUR з урахуванням застосовних податків. 5. Контент користувачів

Користувач зберігає авторські права на свій контент, але надає оператору невиключну ліцензію на відображення на сайті та в матеріалах про платформу.

9. Відповідальність

Сервіс надається «як є». Оператор не несе відповідальності за дії користувачів, достовірність оголошень, якість товарів/послуг третіх осіб і перерви в роботі, але вживає розумних заходів для забезпечення доступності.

10. Припинення доступу

Ми можемо обмежити або припинити доступ до акаунта у разі порушення цих Умов або вимог законодавства.

11. Зміни

uainbe.club is an information platform and community classifieds/directory. Users can create profiles, post listings, and purchase paid placement options and subscriptions.

3. Accounts and verification

4. Paid services and pricing

7. Moderatie

Advertenties, profielen en reviews kunnen vooraf worden gemodereerd. Publicatie kan worden geweigerd of inhoud verwijderd bij beleids- of wetsinbreuk.

8. Diensten van derden en integraties

9. Aansprakelijkheid
